Ace Mentor – Transformative Partner Program

The ACE Transformative Partners Program (TPP) is a mentorship initiative designed to support ACE alumni throughout their post-secondary education and into careers in the architecture, construction, and engineering (ACE) industries.

The ACE Mentor Program’s Transformative Partners Program (TPP) extends the impact of ACE beyond high school by pairing alumni with dedicated mentors who provide ongoing professional, academic, and personal guidance. These one-on-one relationships are built to last through the mentee’s college years, with mentors offering monthly virtual check-ins via email, phone, or video calls. The goal is to ensure ACE alumni not only succeed in their studies but also transition smoothly into full-time roles within the construction and design industries. Mentors are matched based on shared interests, fields of study, and geographic proximity, creating meaningful connections that foster long-term success. By investing in alumni, ACE TPP strengthens the pipeline of diverse, well-prepared professionals entering the built environment sector.
